High-Tech, Invisible Aligners
The UltraClearAlign 3D Process
Here at Gales 3D Dental we try to make to make the proces as simple as possible whether you send traditional impressions or intra-oral scans

Stage 1
After initial consultations take a set of pvs impressions or intra oral scan and send them to the lab.

Stage 2
We digitally scan impressions using our 3D scanner or transfer intra-oral scans to our system.

Stage 3
Using special orthodontic software, we create a tailor-made treatment plan for you and your patient.

Stage 4
Revise the treatment plan and confer with the patient, showing before and after images and 3D models.

Stage 5
If you are satisfied with the advised plan, we manufacture your clear aligners using our in house 3D printers.

Stage 6
Now it’s time to fit the aligners and start the journey to a perfect smile.
Digital Treatment Planning
& Treatment Review Portal
Using digital scans or impressions we are able to simulate the outcome of orthodontic treatment. With advanced software UltraClearAlign generate a visual representation of how the patient's teeth will move over the planned course of treatment. High-quality, 3D visuals can be crucial for helping dentists and patients understand the expected results of the treatment so we have created a web-based portal for ease of use. With flexibility to access the portal from anywhere, allowing for remote consultations and collaboration with colleagues our portal is simple to use and interactive features within the portal engages patients so that they can understand the anticipated results, promoting better treatment compliance.
The UltraClearAlign clear aligner portal includes information on advised wear time, planned length of treatment, IPR totals and also some basic aligner instructions as a reminder for patients to follow.
All treatment plans are delivered by email linked to our online portal. We ask for a minimum of one working week for treatment plans to be created however for urgent cases please contact us to check if an express service can be provided. Alternatively, if preferred, we can send a PDF document instead of using an interactive portal.

Once cases are approved, we begin 3D printing the series of aligner models. We fabricate each aligner in-house.
